Known as the “Playground of the Stars”, the Desert Classic Concours d’Elegance continues the tradition that Palm Springs has long held with exotic automobiles. The second annual Concours d’Elegance, held March 1, 2009 at the historic O’Donnell Golf Club in downtown Palm Springs, featured more than 150 classic cars and special-interest street and race cars. Also captured in the video are additional events in the preceding days which included receptions, classic car displays and a tour through the Palm Springs area.
