Welcome to Legends of the Autobahn 2013

August 16: the fifth annual Legends Of The Autobahn concours d’elegance and show—a celebration of German automotive engineering. This year we will be at Rancho Cañada in Monterey (Carmel Valley).

Now in its fifth year, the Legends Of The Autobahn concours has become a local and regional sensation. In 2011, with the North American debut of the BMW 328 Hommage concept car, the event gained international recognition. In 2012, the lawns of Rancho Cañada saw the debut of BMW’s Zagato Z4 Roadster concept, and there are always many rare models to be seen.

Although the Legends Of The Autobahn is still a relatively recent arrival on the Monterey scene, it has sustained exponential growth since its 2009 debut as a stand-alone BMW concours. Event organizers, recognizing the potential for a “German alternative” event during the annual Monterey Sports Car Weekend, invited the Porsche and Mercedes-Benz clubs for the 2010 event—an expansion so well received that we were pleased to announce the addition of Audi in 2012.
